Revenue Operations Specialist

Overview

As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will help our clients align their marketing, sales, and customer success operations to drive predictable revenue growth. You'll leverage HubSpot as the core platform to build integrated processes, optimize data flows, and deliver actionable insights across the entire customer lifecycle.

 

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Process Optimization: Design and implement end-to-end processes that connect marketing, sales, and customer success within HubSpot, eliminating silos and improving handoffs.

 

Data Management & Reporting: Build dashboards, reports, and analytics frameworks that provide visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue forecasting.

 

HubSpot Operations: Configure and maintain HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, attribution models, and integrations with other business systems.

 

Process Documentation & Governance: Establish data hygiene standards, naming conventions, and operational playbooks to ensure consistency across teams.

 

Strategic Advisory: Analyse performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to accelerate revenue growth for clients.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure technology and processes support their goals.

 

What we expect of you

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or similar roles.

 

Hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub) or comparable CRM/automation platforms.

Strong analytical skills with experience building reports and working with data.

 

Understanding of sales and marketing funnels, lead management, and customer lifecycle processes.

 

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and workflows.

 

Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 

 

Proficiency in Portuguese; Spanish and English is a plus.

 

Experience with system integrations or familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make, or APIs is a plus.
