Strategic Guidance: Assess performance metrics and suggest improvements to optimize clients’ HubSpot usage;
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and development teams to provide an integrated client experience;
Degree in Technology, Economics, Management, Marketing, or a related field;
Ability to manage onboarding projects and software implementations;
Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams;
Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach;
Proficiency in English and Portuguese, Spanish is a plus;
Previous experience in consulting, CRM, marketing automation, or sales (preferred);
