CRM Onboarding Specialist – HubSpot

Overview

As an Onboarding Specialist – HubSpot, you will ensure our clients successfully implement and adopt HubSpot. Your role will be crucial in transforming marketing, sales, and CRM processes into automated and efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding Management: Guide new clients through the HubSpot implementation process, ensuring they understand and effectively use the platform;

 

HubSpot Setup: Customize pipelines, automation, email templates, lead scoring, and reporting based on client needs;

 

Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for marketing and sales teams on HubSpot best practices;

 

 Strategic Guidance: Assess performance metrics and suggest improvements to optimize clients’ HubSpot usage;

 

Internal Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and development teams to provide an integrated client experience;

What we expect of you

Degree in Technology, Economics, Management, Marketing, or a related field;

 

Ability to manage onboarding projects and software implementations;

 

Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams;

 

Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach;

 

Proficiency in English and Portuguese, Spanish is a plus;

 

Previous experience in consulting, CRM, marketing automation, or sales (preferred);
