Revenue Operations Lead

Overview

You'll be the operational backbone of our clients' revenue engines — designing the systems, processes, and data flows that connect marketing, sales, and customer success into a single, predictable growth machine. HubSpot is your primary lever, but your thinking goes far beyond the platform.

 

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Architecture: Design end-to-end processes that eliminate revenue leakage across the full funnel — from first touch to renewal.

 

Pipeline intelligence: Build dashboards, reports, and analytics frameworks that provide visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue forecasting.

 

Systems & automation: Configure HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, attribution models, and integrations to remove manual friction from every team's workflow.

 

Governance & playbooks: Establish data standards, naming conventions, and operational documentation that scale with clients' businesses.

 

Strategic Advisory: Translate data into decisions — identifying bottlenecks and recommending changes that directly impact client revenue.

What we expect of you

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or similar roles.

 

Hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub) or comparable CRM/automation platforms.

Strong analytical skills with experience building reports and working with data.

 

Understanding of sales and marketing funnels, lead management, and customer lifecycle processes.

 

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and workflows.

 

Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 

 

Proficiency in 2 of the following languages: Portuguese, Spanish and English.

 

Nice to have: Experience with system integrations or familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make, N8N or APIs is a plus.
