HubSpot Solutions Lead

Overview

You'll be the expert clients trust to make HubSpot actually work — translating their commercial ambitions into integrated processes, smart automations, and dashboards that drive decisions. As a Platinum HubSpot Partner, we work on complex, high-impact projects where your expertise will shape real outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities

Client implementation - Lead end-to-end HubSpot deployments — scoping, configuring, and handing off solutions that clients actually adopt and love.

Reporting & visibility - Design dashboards and analytics frameworks that give clients real insight into pipeline health, conversions, and revenue forecast.

Platform expertise - Go deep on workflows, lead scoring, attribution, and system integrations — becoming the go-to HubSpot reference for clients and colleagues.

Ops documentation - Build the operational playbooks, data hygiene standards, and naming conventions that keep clients running clean and consistent.

Growth advisory - Analyse performance metrics across marketing, sales, and customer success — and turn those findings into a clear action plan for clients.

 

What we expect of you

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or similar roles.

 

Hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub) or comparable CRM/automation platforms.

Strong analytical skills with experience building reports and working with data.

 

Understanding of sales and marketing funnels, lead management, and customer lifecycle processes.

 

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and workflows.

 

Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 

 

Proficiency in 2 of the following languages: Portuguese, Spanish and English.

 

Nice to have: Experience with system integrations or familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make, N8N or APIs is a plus.
