    Junior Middleware Engineer - HubSpot AI Integration Specialist

    Overview

    You'll be the technical bridge between the business systems our clients rely on — connecting HubSpot with ERPs, e-commerce platforms, and external APIs to automate data flows and eliminate manual work. You'll join a team that builds real integrations for real businesses, with fast hands-on exposure to a modern, varied tech stack.

    Key Responsibilities

    System integrations - Build and maintain bidirectional integrations between HubSpot and ERP/e-commerce systems (Sage X3, SAP, Primavera, Shopify).


     API development - Develop and maintain REST APIs and middleware services that orchestrate data flows between client platforms.


     Automation workflows - Implement automation logic using n8n, Make, or custom code to sync data and trigger processes across systems.


     Error handling & monitoring - Ensure integrations are resilient — logging errors, handling edge cases, and keeping data pipelines healthy in production.


     Technical collaboration - Work closely with the CRM consulting team to understand business requirements and translate them into clean, maintainable technical solutions. You won't be coding alone — you'll be part of client projects from day one.

    What we expect of you

    Degree or strong foundation in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
    Experience (academic or professional) with REST APIs and JSON data formats

     

    Comfortable with at least one backend language — Python or Node.js preferred
    Logical thinker — enjoys debugging, tracing data flows, and solving integration puzzles
    Good written communication — able to document what you build

     

    Portuguese fluency required; English is essential for reading documentation
    Familiarity with n8n, Make, or Zapier nice to have

     

    Any exposure to ERP systems or HubSpot nice to have
