We are looking for a CRM Specialist with proven experience in Hubspot and Active Campaign marketing automation solutions, focused on performance results and profitability.
Job responsibilities

Manage, plan, and oversee email marketing campaigns to ensure effective communication and engagement with the target audience;

Design and implement CRM strategies, including the development and optimisation of sales funnels to drive customer acquisition and retention;

Support client onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new customers;

Monitor and provide oversight on project development to ensure alignment with CRM objectives and timelines;

Analyse campaign performance and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement;

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM initiatives with broader marketing strategies.
What we expect of you

Degree in Technology, Economics, Management, Marketing, or a related field;

Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM or similar roles, demonstrating expertise in email marketing and CRM strategies;

Solid understanding of digital acquisition, customer retention, affiliate marketing, SEO, content strategy, user experience (UX), customer experience (CX), social media, and public relations (PR);

Proficiency with digital marketing and marketing automation platforms, with a good grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (JS) required. Experience with HubSpot and Active Campaign are especially valued;

Strong sense of independence and responsibility, with a proactive approach to problem-solving;

Preparation and presentation of reports and optimisations;

Excellent verbal and written communication;

Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Portuguese and English.
