Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other digital tools.

Identify business opportunities and schedule meetings for Account Executives.

Research and segment potential clients according to the ideal customer profile (ICP).

Use CRM tools (such as HubSpot) to manage the pipeline and record activities.
-
Monitor performance KPIs and contribute ideas for the continuous improvement of sales processes.
Requirements:
-
Previous experience as an SDR, Inside Sales, or similar role (minimum of 3 years).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Fluency in Portuguese (native), Spanish, and English (minimum level B2).

Proactive, resilient, and results-driven profile.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Familiarity with CRM platforms, prospecting tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator), and SaaS environments (a plus).

Manage client relationships and ensure customer success;

Develop and execute strategic plans to help clients achieve their business goals;

Identify opportunities to upsell and expand Link37’s services;

Collaborate with our internal teams to deliver high-quality projects;

Track and analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.
What we expect of you

A minimum of 5+ years experience in account management, digital marketing, or sales;

Strong communication and relationship-building skills;

Understanding of HubSpot, eCommerce, or performance marketing (preferred);

A problem-solver with a proactive and strategic mindset;
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail;

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously;

An ongoing interest in technological trends;

Compliance with deadlines and budgets;

Responsibility and organisation;

Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Portuguese and English, Spanish is a plus.
