What You’ll Do
- Manage client relationships and ensure customer success
- Develop and execute strategic plans to help clients achieve their business goals
- Identify opportunities to upsell and expand Link37’s services
- Collaborate with our internal teams to deliver high-quality projects
- Track and analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in account management, digital marketing, or sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of HubSpot, eCommerce, or performance marketing (preferred)
- A problem-solver with a proactive and strategic mindset
- Fluent in Portuguese & English (Spanish is a plus)

Job responsibilities

What we expect of you

A minimum of 5+ years experience in account management, digital marketing, or sales;

Strong communication and relationship-building skills;

Understanding of HubSpot, eCommerce, or performance marketing (preferred);

A problem-solver with a proactive and strategic mindset;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail;

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously;

An ongoing interest in technological trends;

Compliance with deadlines and budgets;

Responsibility and organisation;

Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Portuguese and English, Spanish is a plus.
