It has also evolved a lot in the integrations they have with other tools on the market and tries to compete with the best-known CRM and automation tool on the market, Salesforce.com.

It’s a very comprehensive and powerful tool, but not very user-friendly. The main advantage is the possibility to integrate with various communication channels, such as email, SMS, WhatsApp and messages on the website (Web Push). It has some integrations already developed, but above all, it has a very well-designed API, which allows the connection with other systems.

The integration with Shopify is excellent, and the automatic “recipes” that it offers from the start help and enable many companies to begin their Shopify shop with highly evolved automation. The free version includes SMS and email, though SMS sending to Portugal is limited. The software is quite easy to use, even for inexperienced users.
